Private Event & Activities
Basecamp is more than just a place to park your RV or trailer. We also offer private event and activity packages for groups of all sizes. Our event packages include access to our event space rental for parties and gatherings, as well as access to our on-site amenities such as the petting zoo (coming soon!), hiking trails, and more. With Basecamp, you can create a unique and unforgettable event experience that your guests will never forget.

Yes, we welcome pets at Basecamp. However, please make sure to keep them leashed and clean up after them.
We are located just 25 minutes from Starbase and 25 minutes from downtown Brownsville, making us an ideal hub for your adventures.
Yes, the minimum stay requirement is one night.
For overnight stays, cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to check-in will receive a full refund. For private events, please contact us for our cancellation policy.
No, we offer self check-in for the convenience of our guests. Prior to your arrival, you will receive a detailed email with instructions on how to access your RV site. If you have any questions or concerns, our team is available to assist you via phone or email. We strive to make the check-in process as seamless and easy as possible for our guests.
